we use the given node-red add-on from the first post and it seems to work, but sometimes we have the problem that the values of our Digital Inputs are "-1" and node-red crash. Any advice on how to resolve this error?

Split from Access input pins, user button and multi-colour user LED from node-red.

The error occurs sometimes directly so that you can't use node-red anymore and sometimes after a few changes of the sensor values (simple light barriers). We tried a lot and are not able to identify a . I'll can give you some more details:

- We use the Input/Output Modul and two digital sensors are connected to the DI0 and DI1 port of the add-on modul

- We use the proposed node-red add-on to poll the value of DI12 and DI11 because the layout of the Input/Output Modul

- We also tried different Update intervals (e.g. 1000ms, 100ms etc.) with no positiv impact on the whole behaviour

Hi, I am colleague of ChrisPCherry.

At our setup, M0 is connected to 0V.

In nodered we recieve right after a deployment the following error:

msg : string [66]Error connecting to PLC: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:102

I have attached a picture that shows our norered setup and the debug output directly after a redeployment.

I don't think the two subjects are related. The message of the missing PLC is most likely related to a S7 node.

I don't know why you set the IP adress of the plc to 127.0.0.1, since this is the ip adress the IOT (or any other device for that matter) uses for itself. It usually appears on startup, when there is an endpoint specified but not found.
