I m working with the HVAC controller PXC100.D and XWork V4

When I want to configure it using Node Setup the PXC100.D does not get the data and gives this error (see attached). 

The PXC100.D had Firmware V5 but i have not Licenci for XWork V5. Then I have to dowload a FW V4 to work with XWork V4. 

I have 2 controllers PXC100.D and both of then have tha same problem.

I need help.

First thing to check is the terminate resistor even if you are in a 1:1 connection with the controller.

Next suggestion to load the firmware and firmware loader one more time into the controller.

At the end of node setup, several things are checked (such as type, FW and subnet...).

When I look at the screenshot then I see that the controller is disconnected.

I had every thing you had say.

I dowload FW V4 again but with de FW program of XWork V5 because do not need licence.

And the result was the same. Maybe the controller is break??

What the is the firmware version of your PXC100.D controller??

If it is V5.1 then it may give "Fault" error if you try to downgrade the controller.So try to avoid the downgrading the system.

The PXC100 was delivery with FW V5. But i have to download FW V4 because i have not XWork V5 yet. i am working with XWork V4.

To get FW V4 i used FW V4  utility and also with FW V5  utility . They do not need licences.

And in fat the error is present.
