Good day,

my question is:

I want control 808D over inputs and outputs from other PLC S7-300.

If I started the NC program by DB3200.DBX7.1 I need from 808D have output signal about end of the program.

Is here some register/bit which can say me, that program was fineshed after starting?

What do you want?

Do you want to control 808D by PLC or you want to control PLC by 808?

NC program by DB3200? what you want? Run part program or want to check logic?

just set a output with the DB2500.DBX1003.6 (m30) & take this output as a input for program end

and reset this output with cycle start

Using M30  is good suggestion and you already tested --working OK, and now we know what you want to control. DB2500.DBX1003.6--(M30) is in 808D, M30 is a old topic of Siemens CNC, we use it as sign of NC program end--( can be used set parts counter) From SINUMERIK 800 system to 840C and 840D/810D.The different is old 800 system M function is stored in Flag area(840C in S5 DB) while after 840D, M function stored in DBxxx. (channel DB). one remind is don't forget M02, it is Main program end as well, you can use PLC "OR" function to make M30 or M02 both working.
