Hello! Perhaps your Ti is too high! Please check your output limits: If you are using PID_Compact >= V2.3 check static parameter "PIDCtrl.PIDInit". It has to be FALSE! Also you can change the "IntegralResetMode". But this is only for the change from "Inactive" to "Automatic": If you are controlling a value, the "PID_3Step" would be better, because it is especially for valves or actuators with integral response: |
