Jens_app Gold Member Joined: 1/5/2011 Last visit: 3/13/2025 Posts: 815 Rating: (123)	Dear all, I fail to create a multidimensional array in my hmi tag table. Is this a bug? Is this not possible? What am I doing wrong? I tried toadd an array[0..10, 0..5] of int to my hmi tag table, but this isn't accepted. I'm also not ableto link multidimensional arrays created in my plc datablocksto my hmi tag table. Am I doing something wrong or is this just not possible? Should I go with absolute addressing and overlap the multidimensional array with a 1d arrayto solve this case? Or is their a better way? I've added a screenshot of what I'm trying to achieve. Additional info -Software: TiA portal V11 SP2 update 5 -HMI: TP700 Comfort -PLC: CPU312 I hope to get a reply soon. Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Jens Attachment 2d-arrayHMI.jpg (800 Downloads)

I do find it curious when setting the datatypethe example mention a 2d-array (see screenshot first post). Examples: 0..99 or 0..99, 0..10 But if its really not possible, too bad .Is it possible in the newest tia portal (v13) ? Thanks anyway. Gr, Jens

LINK} Greetings. w Hi William, thanksfor reffering to an old thread, the only difference from this thread is that I don't need address multiplexing, only the multidimensional arrays
