I'm trying to connect Logo 8 version and WinCC flexible using WinCC fl Runtime (without panel) I found a description of the connection (file EN_HMI ...), using it and the Internet video I trying to connect to LOGO, but, unfortunately, did not work. The IP address of the runtime station is the address of my PC, on it runs the runtime. It is located in the same subnet as the IP address of the LOGO !. Maybe this will help you. I think the ip doesn't affect here You think it wrong, because it isn't depends on you use a real panel or just WCC runtime. The phisical layer is needed both cases. As ixo65 had written you have to use same subnet.
