Hi, in this case I would use the reset_wincc.vbs command. If you want detailed information about what is wrong I would recommend to make a service request: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/sc/2090 The Technical support will analyse the SDT data of your system and is able to tell you what is causing the issue here. Without looking into the diagnosis files I am not able to help you. Kind regards |
