We have a Simatic field PG M4 with one of the keyboard keys came loose

The key can't be clicked in again properly, we are looking for a spare key

Can this be ordered?  can't find any information about it.

in the spare on web (https://www.automation.siemens.com/sow) i see only complete keyboard moduls , i think the keys can't be ordered seperatly, you must order a complete new keyboard module.

You can use external keyboard with USB interface or on screen keyboard

Hello Jurgen,

sometimes it is possible to click the lose key back again.

There is a small lever at the backside of key that must be done in the proper position.
