If you are operatint it from the BOP, Change the parameters P0700 and P1000 to "1" and use the Up/Down keys toincreaseand decrease the frequency after starting the motor through the Green (Start) button on the BOP. If you are operating it from PLC: change the parametersP0700 and P1000 to "6" andincrease the Frequency set point (PQW from PLC)

Saravana kumar Platinum Member Joined: 2/6/2009 Last visit: 9/26/2025 Posts: 940 Rating: (119)	Hi, You have to start the Quick commissioning to change those values.Follow the below steps, Step 1: Set P0010 to 1 Step 2: change P0700 and P1000 to 1 Step 3: Set P3900 to 1 After making the above changes VFD will display BUSY. That means it is downloading your values. After the completion of download process you can start/Stop and set frequency from BOP. To make the VFD back to PLC operation use the same steps with the parameters P0700 & P1000 as 6.

Now regarding Problem, your speed setpoint is coming from PLC so you should change in the PLC Program And you really need to do that from the drive, you can use additional setpoint P1075 - 1024 P1001 -15 -- Freq which you want to add to original - 35+15 = 50 Hz P1016 - 1 P1020 - 1 But before doing all thisI suggest you check your PLC side that why they have limited speed. May be its process requirement or may be mechanincal limit so do with extreme care Regards Devesh Vithani
