these forum is from siemens, but siemens offers only the plattform for the communication between the costumers.
If you have a problem with the Siemens product (software or hardware) you can contact the Siemens Support with the button "Support Request" on the every Siemens side on the top or under https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/header/supportrequest/.

I think you are still waiting for a reply to your recently published thread.  I'm sorry that you didn't found what you are looking for until now. There are a lot of users online and as you may see even PCS7 threads are discussed constantly.

I'm not a specialist about PCS7. So I'm sorry but I couldn't offer you a technical reply to your question. Maybe meanwhile you found some more hints in your system, tested new ideas. Sharing what you have done to find a solution by your own could be helpful to get in discussion with other users.

I'm sure this is not the reply you are looking for. But please keep in mind: This is a public platform where voluntaries share their knowledge, experiences and ideas with other user. This could cause that some of the published questions will not lead to a solution.
