Mohd Alghunimat Advanced Member Joined: 5/19/2014 Last visit: 8/19/2023 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	hello i am facing problem with digsi 4.87 and 4.85 after initializing the connection i get this error "unable to find correct catalog path. path 7SJ62 below c:\siemens\digsi4\manager\p7di\geratypes does not exist the correspond divice type may not be installed." Mike J Platinum Expert Joined: 10/9/2007 Last visit: 10/31/2025 Posts: 1289 Rating: (116)	Hi if none of these tips help, contact support.ic@siemens.com - check compatibility between windows and digsi - are you using Simatic on the same computer? - did you install the device driver with Digsi completely closed? - after installing the device driver, open the catalog and check if you can the version of the driver and if it is at least higher than what the device does. - if the device has a too old device driver, maybe you need to install an older device driver and these are not in siprotec.com. you have to contact support.
