I'm working with Step 7 5.6 under W10 and I'm experiencing a problem.

When I'm editing a KOP block, if I change something and press ENTER the KOP windows dissapears and the foregroung window come to top.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem???

I'm experiencing it too.

After uninstall windows10,

1. I was reinstalled windows10(no update version).

2. Install .net 3.5

3. After Install Step7 V5.6, I don't update windows10.

have you tried a repair-installation of Step7 5.6?

Have a try an do the installation with deactivated anti-virus scan and as admin(rigth-click on setup.exe -> run as admin)

If you turn off the "automatic symbol selection", the problem will disappear.

sorry, but this is not a solution. 

This is just an argument, that the problem comes from automatic symbol selection. Just don´t use the function that don´t work doesn´t solve the problem. You can also say, don´t use the Enter-Button.

 I have tried the same in the same constellation, and I don´t have this behaviour. Have anyone tried a repair-installation? does it work or not? give feedback to the suggestions that are given here. just to give a low rating without a word doesn´t help you and every other here to get a proper solution!

I have the same problem.

I've installed STEP 5.6 on a new Windows 10 virtual machine. So far, the problem cannot be solved with re-installation.

I hope it will be fixed soon.

Have to run Simatic as Admin. If not I get multiple errors for missing dlls. And after editing some code in the editor the background window pops up...

Hello I am having the same problem 

I am using step7 V5.6 and when I change a bit . example m 0.0 and I press enter 

the screen is changing. What can we do? uninstall reinstall Step 7? other Idea?

Somebody who has solved the problem??
