Hello midel,

question about Arduino (you said you did tests and you have data from S7), so what you program on Arduino side in case your test was functional? What blocks (if you have some also on S7 PLC) you have used? Did you something on S7 PLC HW cfg depended to Profinet? If we can say about Profinet, PN IO Controllser and PN IO Device need to be defined. Also some I/O buffer with defined slot/s in case S7 is defined as IO Device.

Sorry for the late reply, Cause my first test was too simple, I had performed another test.

My second test was a bit more complex than the first one. I have added an ET200 and some I/O modules in both CPU and ET racks. then i had connected a cable between ET200 and arduino's shield, like this:

CPU(315 2PN/DP) ====> ET200(153-4BA00-0XB0)====>Arduino ethernet shield

with the upper configuration, the test failed and there was no connection between the arduino and CPU. but when I had connected the arduinos sheil directly to the CPU PN port, connection was established and data was available(like my first test).

In my first test I didn't use any blocks on PLC and I had nothing related to PROFINET in HW config.

In my second test as I said I had a PROFINET  I/O station but I had data only when i connected Arduino directly to CPU(I guess if a use a router the connection would be established)
