Dear Alex, what is the indication that the disturbances are periodic? It rather seems to be an external disturbance. As the position (red curve) stays constant (value = 50), which means no movement of the motor, periodic disturbances like cogging torque or internal inverter harmonics due to IGBT-topology can not be the reason. Furthermore the disturbance seems to be first seen on position and delayed (+/-1 time unit) it is observed on the load cell. To figure out if some disturbances are periodic and related to system causes you can run the motor at a constant speed. E.g. 60rpm --> 1 revolution per second while counting the oscillations within one second. Now you can try to relate them (frequency) to the number of notches, poles, belt teeth, 6th harmonic of pole distribution, other mechanical influences... or external disturbances. I would recommend to analyze such behavior applying SINAMICS trace. In case you need more help you can refer to SIEMENS support.
