WinCC Information Server 2013 installation error

Hello, I've installed WinCC option - Information Server 2013 on a WinCC station. However, while installing the software component SQL Server 2008R2 SP1 IS-Server/PH-Server, error received and not installed successfully. I've read through the installation requirements and I am sure the requirements are met. (See attachments) The system bypass this SQL installation and carried out others. I attempted to import archived data in Excel but failed to do so. All the IS Add-in buttons are disabled and keep on prompting for user name & password. I used the same username & password created in Windows and WinCC but to no avail. Meanwhile, I access Info Server using Internet Explorer. But no selection of the WinCC project is available as well. (See attachment) - OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64-bit) - WinCC: V7.2 + Update 6 - MS Office: 2010 SP1 I hope I can receive some guidance on this. Thank you.
