LOGO 8, multiple AM2 RTD modules

Kanafez Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, quick question, is there no problem to connect multiple PT100 modules to Siemens Logo8? My system is currently working with one module, but i need 2 extra pt100 sensors. Am i right, that i can connect up to 4 am2 rtd modules, since the software allows to choose from AI1 to AI8? (Of course only if the 0AI's are chosen to be used in I/O settings in the main LOGO module) Thanks in advance!

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 12/29/2025 Posts: 36382 Rating: (4545)	Yes that is correct. If you disable all analog inputs on the basic module, you can use 4 analog expansion modules with 2 analog inputs each. More but not, since the 0BA8 can manage only 8 analog Inputs.
