Dear Experts,

I am dying with the problem in S7-200 smart -- ST60 CPU.

During testing the CPU works fine, but, once we start commissioning for online test, CPU gives error.

The CPU can be found via ethernet connection, Ping between PC and PLC is OK, in the PLC software also the CPU can be found in the communication.

However, while doing click for either upload or download or clear or restart, it gives error of "Port could not be opened or is being used by another application" and don't allow to perform the task.

Also tried with firewall setting, multiple PCs, setting of PG/PC interface, but it didn't work.

Please suggest the solution at the earliest as this error prevent me to do anything.

-Update CPU Firmware.
