Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello... Could you diconnect the all the cables on the Sinumerik 802S and just provide the 24vsupply and switch ON and see.... Do you have your NC and PLC backups...You can try loading the Default data of NC and then load your orignal NC backup and check. Check it out and revert back.... Regards, Ekalavya

"Do you have your NC and PLC backups..?" <<< I don't know (forget to put), because this machine not operated since arrive in workshop.. Please, help me about this problem because i confused to operate this machine.. Note: When FAULTID >> LED diag (ENC)flicker (continue ON-OFF) Thanks..

There is something called as save data option If you have saved last data when machine is in working condition you can able to call this data back. Ensure you have original machine backup(NC-PLC) provided by the machine Manufaturer Check it out.... Regards, Ekalavya
