Good day! I can not configure Micromaster 440 to work on the torque, without encoder (with automatic speed adjustment) for the winding machine. I use Micromaster 6SE6440-2UD31-1CA1 Ver. E04/2.11 and motor Siemens THREE-PHASE ASYNCHRONOUS INVERTER DUTY MOTOR 1LG0166-6AA70-Z (Torque-108 Nm). Used gearbox with a gear ratio of 12. Engine identification was performed. The scaling is done as well as the setting of the torque zones P2182-2190, P1300 = 22 ... In principle, possible, to adjust the control of the moment. When I increase the reference (analog input) to 5 Nm (r1508) the speed increases to a maximum (50 Hz) - automatic speed control, but when I return to 0 Nm (r1508) the drive does not stop, and the inverter outputs 3 Hz. At the same time, the shaft after the gearbox not possible be stopped (r1508 = 0 Nm) - a high torque is created, if it still turns out to stop, then after the load disappears, the rotor is stationary. 1. It is not clear why Miсromaster gives out 3 Hz, at a given torque equal to 0 (r1508 = 0 Nm) 2. How to set up the inverter torque, so that the shaft can be stopped, almost with his hands, even after the gearbox? If I correctly understand the operation of the inverter with torque control, then with a significant difference between the measured torque and the set one, the engine speed will decrease to 0 or increase to the maximum, depending on who prevails. It is this kind of control that I need, and from very little torque to the maximum. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

I received an exhaustive reply from the Siemens support service, I will publish it the other day. |
