Hello krneki10; What value do you send to the Analog Output address? The nominal range is 0-27648 (unipolar)or +/- 27648 (bipolar) for all Siemens analog input and output modules. If you are using a unipolar range of 0-10V, a numerical value of 0 will output 0 V, a numerical value of 27648 will output 10V; however in overflow (a value of more than 32000) will output almost 12 V. Well, there is not really much to show. For a start I'd like to create simple ladder program where I will be able to set voltage from 0 to 10 V manually. As I already said, I tried to do that with MOVE ladder element, but without success. Afterwards, I will connect S7 to AEG module, please see attached file. Original (pdf) is in German, .doc is translated with google. As you can see, I will control input voltage with potentiometer, but it must be in range 0 to +10 V. Here are product numbers:

Hello, I've tried your program. I created FC1 block and inserted FC105 and FC106. Please see file attached. Then I put FC1 into OB1, but obviously I have no idea how to call FC1. If I don't put anything on input (EN), I will get error. The same goes for output ENO. I've only managed to download program when I used normaly open contact I0.0 for EN and Q0.0 for ENO, but since I0.0 will always be on 0, program won't work. I've also tried merker M0.0 instead of I0.0, but as soon as I modify it to 1, SIMATIC just goes to STOP mode. Oh, and by the way, what is up with this link:https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/adsearch/resultset.aspx?region=WW&lang=en&netmode=internet&ui=NDAwMDAxNwAA&term=6ES7432-1HF00-0AB0&ID=14340592&ehbid=14340592? Will that force my PLK to use nominal values instead of overflow?
