My Tp 900  comfort panel needs OS, it stuck. When it is power up the only screen appears(Pls check image).

I am using TIA portalv13 SP1 and prosave.

Please help me if yoy have done this OS loading before.

If the screen of panel shows the grid and text "SIMATIC HMI" ,it is not possible to do a reset to factory settings and you must send it to Siemens repair center.

There is a way that you can restore the OS again to panel. Even I had done that long before 4 yrs, could not remember for which HMI.

I am looking for that procedure and if that support thisHMI, it will work again.
