DearShekhu, Please, check this FAQ. You may also need to update CPU's firmware to get rid of this problem in future work. Best regards, H-H

HelloShekhu, In addition to whathdhosseinihas said, I would like to add the following. Did you try the remedy in the FAQ? Did you change any input/output parameters in this FC? Does this block call any message block? If I were you I would have done the following: 1- Restart SIMATIC Manager. 2- Check block consistency. 3- Will not open any VAT or Force table. 4- Try to download this particular FC first. If I still get the same error, 5- I will make sure that I have every error OB downloaded to the CPU. 6- Create new FC. 7- Copy and paste my code in the new FC. 8- Download the new FC without being called. 9- I will call it right after the already malfunctioning FC. 10- Delete the original FC call. I don't know which version of CPUs you have, but if you have something earlier to V4.0.8 then you should update the firmware in the MSD. Corrections withFirmware V4.0.8:
Best regards, H-H
