Hello everyone  with the same problem.

After the updated V13 to V13 SP1 I can't get anymore connection with mine PC adapter on MPI and Profibus.

Before this all was function well.

Please help us.

Hello everybody, I have the same problem. Just be aware that this is not a problem of this SP. I had the same problem after installing Update 6 of V13. The fundamental think is that the adapter has to be installee AFTER TIA portal or its update. The problem is that it doesn´t help if you uninstall the adapter prior to installing an update.

I had to reinstall my computer the last time in order to solve this problem :-(

On the ohter hand I am using HELMHOLZ NETLink USB but it shouldn´t matter . I works fine BEFORE update so it should work AFTER update too without reinstallation of complete computer or manual registry modifications.

Did you have to reinstall step 7 v5.5 because there is no separate driver for the PC adapter available.
