Quick short-term solution is to remove the panel from the enclosure, rotate 180 degrees, and put panel back into enclosure. Once you get a good answer from Fuji, you can do whatever that means. In the PLC to HMI communications, there is a single bite within one of the various words communicated with the HMI that is described as "Orientation". Is it possible a DB value has changed from the value when it was delivered? If the PLC is loaded with the same start values as always, you can try reinitializing the DBs that communicate with the HMI to see if that reverts it back to normal orientation. If it's like windows, there is some strange keyboard combination that rotates or flips the display. I find it every so often in windows. Sadly, it happens often enough I put it on a post-it note and stuck it to my monitor so I can undo it quickly.
