Hello ladies and gentlemens, time of day synchronization is not working in IM modules, 6ES7 151-8AB01-0AB0. NTP mode is enabled (checked) in HW configuration and the IP address of the NTP server is also correct. I told to our IT department and according to the log on the NTP server no device was attempting to connect with request. Is there some way how to identify the problem? Hello, If NTP server is PC so check this configuration and your IT department must set these configuration : link HERE, we have done these configuration and NTP server still not working till we set firewall port to 123. So I think you have done everything now IT department must set all configurations. |
