Hi Everyone, I have SPM 3.4 installation in Windows 10 Pro/64 bit, MS office 13 32 Bit system. I am facing issue in sending automated report to mailing list. At scheduled time, report is generating and popup is rising and asking to ALLOW / DENY the mail. Mail is being sent only after clicking the Allow button. I have made necessary settings in Trust center option also. But the same error persists. I have shared the screenshot Does anyone faced similar issue, If Yes pls share the solution. Hello I was facing the same problem I am sending some information than can help you 2.3.2.4 Configuring Outlook Settings to Auto-Approve Emailing of Reports You can use the Schedule feature to email reports to different distribution lists. However, by default, Microsoft Outlook displays a pop-up message asking for confirmation every time powermanager emails the reports. To send an email without Microsoft Outlook as asking for a confirmation, you must change the Microsoft Office security policies. To change the Microsoft Office security policy settings: 1. Click Start > Run. Note: If the Run option is not visible in the Start menu, on the keyboard press <Windows button> + R. The Run window opens. 2. In the Open field, enter regedit and click OK. The Registry Editor window opens. 3. In the Registry Editor window, go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\<Microsoft Office version>\Outlook\Security Where, <Microsoft Office version> is the version associated with Microsoft Outlook. For example, for Microsoft Outlook 2010, the registry version will be 14.0. Note: If this registry path does not exist, create it manually. 4. Select the Security folder and on the menu bar, click Edit > New > DWORD Value. A new value is created in the Security folder. 5. Name the new value as PromptSimpleMAPISend. 6. Double-click the PromptSimpleMAPISend value. The Edit DWORD Value window opens. 7. In the Edit DWORD Value window, change the value of the Value data field to 2. 8. Click OK. 9.
