Hey Morten, Thank you for the help. i am a little confused when it comes to using Us0, Us1, Us2 and Us3. it looks like Us0 can only be used with one input. (is that correct)? So my question here is, if i use Us0 and DI0 how do i make use of DI1,DI2, and DI3 in that group?? thanks for the help. Sam |

If you have four 1-channel sensors that wiring is correct. However, you have a 2-channel emergency stop and two 2-channel protective doors, right? The two sides of your module (a/b) create your pairs. Wire your emergency stop to CH0 and CH8, protective door 1 to CH1 and CH9, protective door 2 to CH2 and CH10. You can see these pairs also in the configuration of your F-DI (see attachment). Because of the two different sensor supplies of each channel, the F-DI is able to detect short-circuits between the two channels. I second Morten's suggested application examples.
