Hello Krrish !! For resolution of 100ms you don't need any fancy hardware. Assuming that the basic cycle time of your plc is generally 10-20ms these days, a SOE program can be created in STEP7 which detects thechanges in stats of of Signals required to be monitored and stores them in a SOE DB along with the time stamp. You could create a DB with say 50-100 events ( even more if needed ). Every time a new event occurs, the oldest event ispushed out. We have done this several times with accuracy of 10-20mswithout any issues. Hope this helps Cheers Navnag |

Add on software i dont think its required. Have look on the How does the time-stamp function work in the ET200M, and what should you watch out for during configuration? event recording thread hope it will help |
