Is there any function to change IP address of the HMI device also? Thanks Lukas OT: If I use "search" window here at the forum, can I select somehow to search only at specific forum tree? Lukas Ch Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hi, thanks for the answer, however thats not what I need. I need to change IP of HMI dynamically. I have 10PLCs, 10HMIs. Each HMI is connected to one PLC. SW at HMI is always the same, only difference is IP setting of PLC and HMI. PLC1 10.0.0.1 HMI1 10.0.1.1 PLC2 10.0.0.2 HMI2 10.0.1.2 and so on. So I would like to download same SW to each HMI and then just dynamically set IP adress of HMI at connection settings. Otherwise, if I need to make same change (for example graphic), then I have to take WinCC project/change connection settings/compile it 10 times. I hope its clear now. Lukas

Lukas Ch Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	All those solutions are similar - to much "handwork" every time you want to download project to the device. I use "Changeconnection" function - you can change IP of PLC easily. So what I need is "ChangeHMIip", which changes HMI IP in same way - is there something like that? Otherwise - in case I have 10 HMIs - I would have to change HMI IP manually at connection settings (inside project) and then download. Or keep 10 different versions of the project (and only difference would be IP connection settings). Lukas

K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	Hello, with ChangeConnection you don't change the IP of the PLC. You establish a connection to a different PLC with a different address. You don't need to change the ip adressinsideproject- just choose the option "IP is set at the device" and use the extended download to device. K!ke
