Download to device button greyed out (TIA Portal)

krisbi Posts: 87 Rating: (1)	Hello guys. I am using TIA Portal to make my HMI. Hwever, I can't download it to real touchpanel because my download to device button is greyed out... why is that? Thank you.

krisbi Posts: 87 Rating: (1)	I use v13. I use PG/PN interface type, and PLCSIM 5.x (I can't select any other)... I can ping my device via command rompt and IP adress s set up correctly in connection options in TIA Portal. In control panel I have selected TCP/IP (auto) in PG/PN interface...
