Q1 is it possible to change Domain user log off time from HMI? 

Q2 is it possible to use RFID tag as password and get user name from Domain server using SIMATIC LOGON?

Q1: Yes it is possible in WinCC Useradministration. There you can configure a time out. Then the logged on user will logoff from WinCC-runtime (not from Windows). If you want to logoff from windows you should use scripting.

Q2: A password and username can be filled in by any input device you have and can communicate with your windows system. For the operator it would work like this:

-Open, with mouseclick or hotkey the userlogon pop-up.

-Then enter your username by RFID

-Then enter your password by RFID
