Motor running at low speed

HI,

We have 5 No. - 6RA70756DV620 DC Drives,

all are fitted in our five planner m/c, 

in one drive suddenly motor running at low speed

now what to do and what I have to check

please help

I already checked all parameters are as it is, no change in any parameters,

this speed problem was happen suddenly while our m/c. in running condition.

What is m/c?

I meant, you should check the values of connectors K0170, K0167 during that time when your drive running with low speed and compare them.

Hello.

The best way is to check with oscilloscope. You can set P750=170, P755=167 and check at terminals 14,15 and 16,17.

You can also check with OP1S panel or with DriveMonitor.

if you don't have oscilloscope or drivemonitor you can use P44-r45 parameter to see reference value K170.

Refer to simoreg dc master manual cap11 for indication parameter use.

Also refer to cap.8 functional diagram (G121 and G135).
