Hello shahjee`; You can find the description of all SFCs and SFBs available in the s7-300 an S7-400 family of CPUs in the following manual (you can also search the online help): System Software for S7-300/400 System and Standard Functions Volume 1 and Volume 2 The attached screenshot shows the description of SFB5. The Output parameter ET ("elapsed time") shows how long the TOF has been active. The register MD900 has been selected by the programmer to hold this value in this instance of SFB 5. Reading MD900 will show you this value, so you can monitor it (in a VAT table, on a HMI screen...) or use it somewhere else in your program.. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
