I am editing program but unable to recognize few addresses like where they coming from or they have no cross references even no absolute address just symbols on contacts but I am guessing we are using them somewhere in HMI's.

If you are talking about "St2_Yel" and "CurrentSt" , they are input / output or possibly temp variables inside an FC.They don't have global meaning, they are only valid when FC is called and you need to assign addresses where you call that FC.You need to assign global addresses to them and then monitor your logic based on them or find them in cross reference.

So,please check your FC is called and then monitor variables assigned to that.
