I have a new problem with the TIA portal software. I have version 11 SP1 . I can no longer modify the file I have spent hundreds of hours on and naturally am very frustrated with this. The machine is stopped. I have tried restarting the program, the notebook PC, turning off all virus software, everything I can think of. Attached is a shot of of the screen after the program locks up and forces a closure. The problem occurs when I am attempting to edit an element which hasa box for a value to be entered. I found I can enter a data value if I select it and drag it from a table of values (eg a DB), but as soon as I try to enter a value directly using the keyboard the program stops and the error message arises ( no details - how frustrating) says the program has to close! hi mods, try to install the latest SP and Updates for V11! Here you find SP2: Service Pack 2 for STEP 7 V11here you find the Updates for V11SP2:Updates for STEP 7 V11 SP2 and WinCC V11 SP2Do every installation as Admin(right-click->run as Admin) and with deactivated anti-virus-scan.Hope this helps,regards, |
