KTP400 Basic Color, install HSP packges system give error

hi I have a one problem about it. when I install this panel hsp packges sistem give one mistake. "the support packages cannot be installed because essential requirements are not meet" product not installed: siemens.simatic.hmi.basic>=11.00.02.00 " how can I install this panel HSP? wincc v11 sp2 update 5
