Objects disappear when picture pop up in wincc 7.3 runtime.

I.Theodorakopoulos Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello all, I'm facing a problem in WinCC V7.3 runtime. I have few buttons that pop some pictures with graphs. When i am clicking the button and the picture window pop up,some of the objects in the main picture disappear or appearing half. Your Support will be highly appreciated.

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello I.Theodorakopoulos, does the popup-picture (picture window) cover the object full or in part, and if you colse the popup, the object can not be seen futhermore. This sounds like a redraw-problem. Check in the WinCC-projectproperties, in "User Interface and Design", if the option "Activate hardware accelerated graphic representation" is set. No the picture is at the center of the main screen and doesn't cover the object that is actually disappear.The object is a tank and it comes back on but half of it. In another screen for example when the window pop up,the background on the left goes gray and covers some measurement I/O field. Here is some examples in the photo. Virago Posts: 79 Rating: (9)	Hi, I had exactly the same problem with WinCC 7.3. I unchecked the option "hardware accelerated graphic representation", apply an new Update, and i'ts OK now. Don't know exactly which one correct the problem... Which update have you ?

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello I.Theodorakopoulos, But it looks like a redraw-problem. You should install the WinCC V7.3 Second Edition incl. Update 1 and the Update 7. If the option "Activate hardware accelerated graphic representation" does not help, you can check, if a newer driver for your graphics adapter is available. Regards Georg Berghof

Problem solved.I uncheck the option "Activate hardware accelerated graphic representation" as you suggested ,in WinCC v7.3 with Update1 and now its working without disappearing the objects. Thank you again for your valuable help.

LeoNN Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Good afternoon. I have the same problem. I've updated all the clients and the server to WinCC V7.3 Second Edition incl. Update 8. I also updated the video card driver. It did not help. If I disable the option "Activate hardware accelerated graphic representation", png images and buttons that I placed on the page, and the font displayed correctly. Are there any other variables in stake not to disable this option?
