About License of TIA

Hello friends,

We will buy Step 7 Prof. v13 and WinCC Prof. v13 in my new company.

But i have 2 questions to ask:

1) When i buy Wincc Prof. V13 can i install also PLCSIM and WinCC runtime simulation for free. Like photo with added.

2) What is the difference with Wincc Prof. V13  and Wincc Runtime Prof. V13 ?  In the picture added which is installed ?

1) the RT Simulators are in the WinCC V13 Package and installed automatic with the Engineerring SW.
    the PLCSIM is a other SW Package which must installed seperatly, and no licence is need for it.

2) WinCC V13 is the engineering SW to configure and projecting the HMI devices
    WinCC RT V13 is a SW Package which installed on a PC and operate as HMI Device , so that the PC is working as a HMI Device like a panel.
