Conditional Jump instruction in Tia Portal V13

I am having issues while creating a Conditional Jump instruction in Tia Portal V13 , in ladder programming to Execute a looping based on a condition. But the loop executes only once and it gets exit to below networks without completing the iteration times of running the steps.

Kindly share me a project with the same or help me guide to do loop programming in Ladder based in TIA portal V13.

I am not a fan of all the code being in one network as you have it.. but that is just a style preference. I do not however see how #index14 gets a start value... maybe the value is already bigger than 30 at the start?

Value of #index14 is been initialized to 0 in the previous network and the looping programmed in the attached netwrk. Does any constraints of all the Jump condition and executable instructions in the same network. kindly share me a sample program of the same.. 

I have absolutely no idea what you want your code to do..
so the example I have given is the only sample I can give.

The looping idea looks okay to me.
Why not you put some debug bits in there like..

Before executing code (execute code only once!) have..
%M3000.0 := FALSE;
%M3000.1 := FALSE;

In the loop:
if #index14 == 12 then %M3000.0 := TRUE;
if #index14 == 24 then %M3000.1 := TRUE;

This will confirm you are looping through all the cycles.

Consider coding your code in SCL... it might look less chaotic that way.
In SCL it is possible to do...    
myArray[#index0 + #fixedNr] := #value

 I don't know your code, but a way to not use JUMP with William's example would be to do this:

A clever idea you present there.
The "loop" is formed over several PLC cycles.
This is actually a very positive approach to ensure
complicated calculations does not starve your process time.
