Hello RM; Have a look at this mass flow calculator, it will show what parameters you need for a standard calculation. https://www.easycalculation.com/physics/classical-physics/mass-flow-rate.php Are you able to provide these parameters, or are you able to derive them from the process data? For example, you should have an idea of the overall density of the material you are pumping; that wa staken into account when selecting the pumps in your process. Then your flow meter can help you find the velocity of the pumped material in your pipes. And you should be able to find the cross-sectional area of your pipe at the flowmeter's measure point... Once you have these parameters, you can use any standard mass flow rate equation to program the calculation in your PLC.
