Is it really, that the H-systems (based in CPU 400H) aren't supported in TIA Portal (v11, v12)??

Hello,

Based on information I have, S7 400H CPUs are not supported by current versions of TIA Portal available.Hopefully, We can wait for the new version of software.But you can use STEP 7 for configuration and programming.

Hello,

H CPUs need extra tools that are embedded in software to manage their operation.If they are in the catalog of your classic STEP 7 , you can work with.If not, check your version and order number of CPU.

For TIA Portal, I think it has not been  possible yet.You don't need an extra file and it is part of hardware catalog.
