I have a sinumerik 840 D with simodrive 611, with an error 300501. I have checked the troubleshooting guide and i have already changed  power module, cables and the problem doesnt disapear.

Regarding to p1107 and p1145 I have checked as well but here is my question, there is any parameter to calculate automaticly?

Doubt, maybe the solution is to aument the acceleration ramp time...

Is this running machine? Or under commissioning?

300501- The maximum current threshold was exceeded while the rotor position identification was active.

Is the motor with inernal/external brake? Have you checked the mechanics?

If above points are OK, try be replacing module control card.

All this points that you comment are ok and the machine is under commissioning.
I forgot to say but the control card has been replaced too.

Please provide motor name plate details, drive LT module & control card MLFB number details.

BTW, how you have commissioned drive?

Ask help question need tell other story what condition of the m/c --why need other to guess--waste time and you get help delay??

you problem happen during commissioning--it is much more different from  happen during m/c running.

 You need tell more detail story--such as why you need make this commissioning --As I know or guess--

you have running m/c , one of axis motor defective, --the motor is NON-Siemens motor--such as Motor spindle or turning table using 3rd party motor. --when you replace motor you must make rotor position automatic identification --then during the sequence--you have alarm 300501????

What kind of encoder you have? or like PISCean 2010 asked your motor has brake? are you sure your motor is good? if your m/c is running before you replace motor--I don't think it is good idea to replace drive (power section) or control card.---if you don't tell story --I cannot help you in time. I really have same experiences--same alarm 300501 during customer doing commissioning , finally they found problem is motor is no good not turning during rotor identification

first of all, i was really asking help because of a serious problem...

The problem was that the motor wasnt good and now its repairing.
