Step 5 Error, AG-zeitueberlauf

Hello  ,
i have   a SIMATIC Field PG   . We want to upload programm from S5  ,so i can't go online and step 5 give me this error : AG-zeitueberlauf please can you help me to resolve to resolve this problem .

which Field-PG do you have?

Normally do you need a active interface.
At different PG's are jumper, please check the right postion.

please it's possible to read  a programm after transfered from plc s5 to pc with offline mode ,if yes how i can do it.
