Dear all, i have problem with Sinamic S120 detail : + i use CU320-2DP control 4 encoder motor ( encoder information : PEPPERL + FUCHS, type RHI58N - 0AAK1R61N -01024 ). + Now encoder is brake, i have to changeover control type in Speed Controller from "[21] speed control with Encoder " to "[20] speed control encoderless" of STATER software ( attach image) in oder to system operate continue. + Problem : Current chart is not unsmooth, very rough --> Motor 's gear occur higher vibration than original. + Now, i have to do what ? Hello +84989056958, In closed loop speed control without encoder, it is not possible, reaching the same dynamics as with encoder. E.g. If it doesn't succeed : 2nd step: p1470 from 6.326 to 4 and p1472 from 75.6 to 130ms |
