Problem with TIA Software updater

Hi,

when i execute TIA software update it doesnt connect to server and give to me this error :

BITS service its stopped.

I start this service but when TIA software update try to connect again this service stops and gives same error.

Im using TIA Portal V14 SP1 in a windows 10 platform.

This Problem appears 2-3 times a day here in Forum...

Until now, there seems no solution.

Check Microsoft database.

 Several months ago my Win 7 pc died and I had to get a new Windows 10 Pro 64 bit pc. I have gotten this BITS stopped error since day 1 on the Windows 10 machine. I have another pc that is still Windows 7 Pro 64 bit that doesn't have this problem. Today TIA Updater keeps giving me the BITS error even though BITS is running. Has anyone found a solution for this yet? Screen shot attached.

Disregard this question. I found where I answered this question for someone else on another post in this forum. The same answer still applies.
