How can this error be solved? - "The PLC has been protected to prevent program upload"

Any one have a experience on how to solve this problem when this massage appeared "The PLC has been protected to prevent program upload". I use S7 200 CPU 222 REL 02.01. Made in Germany

It may be happen for:

1. Hardware configuration/connection not in right order or

2. Your program has great error.

In fact I had not experienced that before.

This message means that the program is protecting.
All you can do is ask programmer for the password or reset PLC and write new program.
