you should to scale your AI (FC105)...

If you have a PT100 you divide through 10 and get the value in °C.

The first question is which SM331 exactly it is. The second - how is it configured? 

i use analogue module 331-7kf02-0ab0 the configuration is shown in the attached file 

and i use this calculation in order to get exact mesure of temperature

Formule 1 : T (°C) = (TF - 32 ) : 1.8 // TF= Température Fahrenheit

Formel 2: TF (°F) = PEW : 10        // PEW= Valeur de périphérie AI5

T (°C) = ((PEW/10) -32) : 1.8       // Formule 2 utilisée dans la formule 1

T (°C) = (PEW - 320) : 18

am i  right in my configuration and calculation or is there any mistakes ?also i must configure the input with Fahrenheit when i use this calculation ,i didn't see where can i  set the mesuring unit iin Fahrenheit in the configuration ?

By default such configured module outputs temperatures in x0.1 ^oC. So why you try to calculate anything?

You can change unit of measurement via reconfiguring a module programatically. Refer to manual.

please where can  i find this data record 1 in order to change parameter ? ,is it a system variable?

divide the pew by 10 and you will get the temp reading , but first adjust the module in the hardware to read pt100
