Hello Masru, User cannot deactivate the fan monitoring feature in 6AR80 drive. Fan operation can be switched ON-OFF along with motor control. Depending upon device rating, ambiant temp & field current value, user may switch OFF the fan operation but can not bypass monitoring function. In your case check the values in r52050[0]..[3], r52310. You also can check the values in r50030[0] ..[3] i.e. fan speed in rpm & compare the fan status in r53135[08]..[11]. If the fan speed rpm found abnormal in r50030 check the connections at XV1, XV2 & XV3 connectors. If the reading matches, try by replacing CUD1 card. If the connections are OK & readings or status found abnormal then try by replacing A2 (power interface board) HTH. |

Hello Masru, As per the prvious post by Expert KSN follow below steps. Please set P2118[0] to [19] which contains 0 value e.g. if p2118[3] = o change it to 60167 since you want to bypass this fault & set p2119[3] = 2 or 3. Switch OFF & ON power & check. This should solve your problem. |
