How to troubleshoot BUS FAULT?

How can we troubleshoot BUS FAULT. I have doubts 

In S7 300 plc stop mode.BF and SF blinking

 and I have 5 slaves and one can bus Gateway connector. From main plc two slaves BF led is stable and after can bus gateway profibus connector then next 3 slaves are showing BF Blinking.

 ..How can I troubleshoot and make my plc run mode

because without RUN mode I can’t fix that which bus having fault.

Or Whether in stop mode we can discover the problem.

please let me know....My fault is still in progress

for first check diagnostic buffer of <Master> PLC. You can save it as txt file and attach here, we can look to it. Was cfg working before or is a new cfg?
