Hello mahmutguleryuz, depending on network topology and data connections it is possible that there is some (partly) bottleneck in the network, when STARTER send out huge amount of identification requests. You can also insert the new G120 drive into STARTER project and connect to them directly instead. If the device name and/or IP address is not assigned, you can try PRONETA, which is a more suitable tool for scanning networks with PROFINET devices.
